Refund policy
We accept returns up to 30 days of the order being delivered. To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. Must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be processed/ accepted if the item is damaged, not in its original condition, items without swing tags, and outside the 30 day grace period. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please allow up to 7 working days to process the return once received. You will receive and email once the return has been issued.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We take much care with every product to make sure it gets to you in the best condition, but sometimes items can get damaged during delivery/shipping. Please contact us so we can advise and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as underwear and face masks.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
We do encourage that you pay close attention to any size guides provided, to ensure you purchase the correct size; to minimize returns and reduce the carbon footprint. However, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
